At Wicked Wheels, we believe in helping our customers ride right the first time. Our business model is built around personalized service, concierge test rides, and high-quality equipment. As such, we do not offer traditional returns. Instead, we proudly stand behind our Ride Forward Promise — a 6-month upgrade buyback program for qualified e-bikes.
Returns Policy
– All sales are final once your e-bike has been delivered and accepted in working condition.
– Wicked Wheels does not accept returns based on personal preference, sizing issues, or changes of mind.
– We strongly encourage all customers to take advantage of our personalized concierge test rides prior to purchase.
– Bikes purchased during clearance events, demo sales, or as used units are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or refund.
Exceptions to the Policy
We will consider exceptions only under the following conditions, reported within 72 hours of delivery:
– Product arrives damaged in transit
– Missing or defective components
– Warranty-covered issues per the manufacturer
In such cases, customers must notify us immediately by email with their order number and photos documenting the issue.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a credit card chargeback without first contacting Wicked Wheels to resolve an issue may be considered a breach of agreement. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and transparently through our customer support team.
Ride Forward Promise
Instead of traditional returns, we offer the Ride Forward Promise — a buyback program that allows you to trade in your Wicked Wheels e-bike within six (6) months for store credit toward an upgrade.
