Step Thru

Unlike traditional step over bikes, where riders are required to lift their leg up and over the saddle in order to get on their bike, the step through frame makes it easier with less physical effort. A step through frame either has a lowered crossbar, or no crossbar at all, so all the rider has to do is simply slip their leg through the open part of the frame to saddle up with ease.

I'm a senior whose car is an eBike. I love it! But one day it just died, as if the battery was expired. It wasn't. My bike ( a carbon fiber "Urtopia") is light enough to ride as a normal bike in a pinch. So not the end of the world, but scary because when I bought it few local bike shops would touch the electronics of a newer brand they don't carry.Thank you

Hi, I'm Killian, founder of Wicked Wheels.

After spending eight years living without a car and nine years designing battery systems, I saw how energy and transportation shapes our health, happiness, and everyday freedom.

I started Wicked Wheels because I believe e-bikes make it easier for more people to enjoy getting around—whether you're commuting to work, running errands, or simply riding for fun.

We start with a conversation about how and where you want to ride. From there, we narrow down the best options, arrange a test ride with representative models, and help you learn about the different key features.

Why do I need to book a test ride?
Wicked Wheels offers private, appointment-based demos so you can take your time, ask questions, and compare bikes in a relaxed, personal setting.

Is Wicked Wheels a brick-and-mortar bike shop?
Wicked Wheels is a mobile e-bike shop. We believe the best test ride happens where you’ll likely ride, not just around a parking lot. We maintain a service garage and demo fleet, while our online selection is broader. When booking a demo, we will suggest a local place to test ride or bring test bikes to your home.

Can you help me choose the right e-bike?
Yes. Once we understand what you’re looking for, we can help you choose and order the right bike. We look at comfort, hills, range, bike weight, storage, riding style, and budget, not just motor size or speed.

Does Wicked Wheels offer repair and maintenance service?
Yes. We service the e-bikes and scooters we sell. For products purchased elsewhere, service is available on a case-by-case basis. We only work on UL-certified products.

Do you deliver e-bikes fully assembled?
Yes. Most e-bikes purchased from us can be delivered fully assembled to your home, charged, and ready to ride.
