The E-Bike Easy Button

One standard e-bike tune-up is included each year for the first three years.

Each annual tune-up includes:

• Pickup of your e-bike within the Worcester service area
• A standard cleaning and safety inspection
• Adjustment of key components as needed
• Return of the bike to you at a convenient time

If additional work is recommended during the tune-up, we will discuss the options with you before proceeding.

Repairs or upgrades outside the scope of the standard tune-up can still be completed. Labor and parts are billed at market rate.

Up to two flat tire repairs per year are included for the first three years.

When a flat occurs: 

• We will pick up your e-bike within the Worcester service area.
• We will complete the repair.
• We will return your e-bike to you at a convenient time.

The included repair covers labor. Replacement parts, including tubes or tires, are billed at market rate.

If additional flats occur within the same year, repairs can still be completed. In those cases, labor and parts are billed at market rate.

If something goes wrong during your commute, we’ll help get you and your e-bike home safely.

When possible, we will pick you up directly. Pickup locations are limited to within 10 miles of Worcester, MA. Drop-off can be your destination, your home (within the same service area), or our shop if the bike needs a repair assessment.

In situations where we are unable to reach you quickly, we will help coordinate an alternative ride, such as Uber or Lyft, so you are not left stranded.

For safety reasons, pickups may not be possible during hazardous conditions.

This service is offered to a limited number of riders so we can remain responsive when support is needed.

Full details of the service agreement are provided when you enroll in the Easy Button package.

• Customized route planning tailored to your commute
  - We will review the roadways along your typical commute and provide recommendations for navigation.
  - We will make a custom map and include an estimated time of travel based on your e-bike riding speeds.
• We include a practical guide with tips on commuting in Worcester and the surrounding area.

Yes. Schedule a quick call and we’ll arrange a test ride with current inventory so you can see how an e-bike feels on Worcester roads.

A 2-year manufacturer warranty.

Yes. If a warranty issue comes up, we’ll coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf and help manage the process.

If something happens to your e-bike, we’ll take a look and help determine the best repair.

The Easy Button package covers routine service included in the plan. For damage outside normal wear (for example crashes or major component damage), repairs are handled at standard labor and parts.

Our goal is to get you back riding quickly.

If you ever become stranded during a commute, we’ll make sure you get home.

Whenever possible we’ll pick you up directly. If timing or conditions make that difficult, we’ll coordinate an alternative ride so you’re not stuck.

If we can’t reach you quickly, we’ll cover the cost of a ride home (for example Uber or Lyft).

Our goal is simple: you won’t be left stranded with your bike.

If the bike you choose doesn’t feel like the right fit, we’ll work with you to switch models.
