Effective Date: June 27, 2025
These Buyback Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Wicked Wheels Ride Forward Promise (“Buyback Program”) offered by Wicked Wheels LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). By participating in this program, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms.
I. ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for the Buyback Program, the following conditions must be met:
– The original bike was purchased directly from Wicked Wheels LLC.
– The Customer is the original purchaser and provides a valid proof of purchase.
– The Customer requests to enter the Buyback Program within six (6) months from the date of delivery.
– The bike is in good condition, free from major damage or modification, and has no more than 300 miles on the odometer.
– The bike has not been involved in an accident or subjected to abuse or neglect.
– All accessories originally included with the bike (keys, charger, manual, etc.) must be returned.
II. BUYBACK VALUE
Wicked Wheels LLC will offer a store credit toward the purchase of a new e-bike from Wicked Wheels as follows:
– Up to 70% of the original purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping, and accessories) if the returned bike is in excellent condition.
– The final value is determined at Wicked Wheels’ sole discretion after inspection.
– A refurbishment fee of $100 may apply for bikes requiring cosmetic or minor mechanical reconditioning.
– Store credit must be used within 60 days of issuance and may only be applied to a new e-bike purchase.
– No cash refunds will be issued.
III. CONDITION ASSESSMENT
The bike must pass a condition inspection by a Wicked Wheels representative. Condition criteria include:
– Frame free from dents, cracks, or deep scratches
– Electrical system fully operational
– Brakes, tires, drivetrain, and lights functioning as designed
– Reasonable cosmetic wear only
– No aftermarket modifications (unless pre-approved by Wicked Wheels)
The Company reserves the right to deny participation if the bike fails to meet these standards.
IV. HOW TO INITIATE A BUYBACK
To request participation in the Buyback Program:
– Contact Wicked Wheels customer service by phone or email before the 6-month period expires.
– Provide proof of purchase and a current photo of the bike.
– Schedule an inspection appointment.
– Sign the Buyback Agreement and confirm your intent to apply the store credit toward an upgrade.
V. LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS
The Buyback Program does not apply to:
– Bikes purchased as part of closeout sales, used/demo inventory, or heavily discounted events.
– Bikes with VIN tampering or altered odometers.
– Accessories, batteries, or gear (unless specified in a future trade-in promotion).
– Customers outside Massachusetts (unless otherwise authorized).
– Situations where the customer has initiated a credit card dispute or refund claim.
VI. LEGAL DISCLOSURES
This Buyback Program is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Store credit issued under this program is non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Wicked Wheels LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time, with or without notice, except for customers who have already initiated a valid buyback request under these terms.
By participating in the Buyback Program, you agree to these Terms in full and understand that any violations may void your eligibility.
