Frequently Asked Questions
What if the weather is bad?
Our e-bikes can be ridden in most weather, but that’s not always pleasant for your first test ride. If your appointment is scheduled and there is bad weather, we are happy to show you how the bike operates in a covered space. We also offer a “virtual” test ride where you can get the feel of the pedal assist, even while stationary.
If you prefer to re-schedule, we ask for 12 hour notice.
Can I bring a guest to ride?
Yes, we encourage family and friends to join. Riding is more fun with more people. We ask that all participants sign our waiver before riding.
Where can we test ride?
We can arrange to meet you at a convenient place in Worcester County. This may be on quiet street near your home, on a shared-use path, or at a nearby park. After booking, we will confirm your preferred location.
Note that all of our electric bicycles are legal to ride on the street, without needing a driver’s license or registration.
